Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the OptinAble website at optinable.com (“Website”) or the OptinAble WordPress plugin (“Plugin”). By accessing the Website or installing the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or the Plugin in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

OptinAble is a WordPress plugin that enables website owners to create popups, sticky bars, slide-ins, and other opt-in forms for lead generation and email list building. The Plugin is available in two tiers:

  • Free version — available at no cost via the WordPress Plugin Directory.
  • Pro version — a paid upgrade offering additional features, templates, and integrations, distributed through optinable.com.

3. License

Free version: The free version of OptinAble is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later), in accordance with WordPress licensing requirements. You may use, modify, and distribute it under those terms.

Pro version: The Pro version is provided under a commercial license. Upon purchasing a Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Plugin on the number of websites specified in your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pro version without explicit written permission from OptinAble.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • All Pro plan prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. OptinAble does not store your full credit card details.
  • Your license is activated upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Pro version, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after 14 days may be considered at our discretion.

6. Renewals & Cancellations

  • Pro licenses may be sold as annual subscriptions or lifetime licenses, depending on the plan you select.
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
